6.55 – Chris has recorded a new parody for Dom which we'll showcase after the news
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We play the Nickleback parody, which goes down very well
7.20 – We take the piss out of the Miss South Carolina YouTube clip again, and talk about how good looking people tend to be on the whole, stupid. We also discuss Chris' romantic theories on heaven and hell
7.30 - News and Sport
7.40 – We pre-empt tomorrow's papers by talking about how many listeners we've lost. We imagine there must have been a problem with the survey. We need to send Aled out to find our listeners
7.55 – More about our lost listeners, and we wonder whether Aled is the right person to represent us. We also talk Barry Island and our listeners having a battle on the seafront with Wogan's lost listeners
8.00 - News and Sport
8.10 – We imagine what a drunk Terry Wogan might sound like. We say that you don't hear much from Derek Jameson these days. That's because he's dead
8.20 – It turns out Derek Jameson isn't really dead so we apologise to him and his family. Dom's guess who which is John McCririck who we think probably smells. We ask new listeners to get in touch as they won't have been counted in our latest listening figures

8.35 – We read out the texts from new listeners and then Aled has a surprise for the team. He's got Rock Band
8.45 – Aled sings Radiohead on Rock Band with Chris on guitar. Aled is awful and does nothing to reclaim our lost listeners
9.00 – Tedious Link – Stereophonics 'A Thousand Trees'
9.05 – Half time ramble, and Chris and Dave perform 'Rock 'n' Roll Star' by Oasis
9.25 – We listen some more to Aled's dreadful vocals. Jo Whiley looks blooming. She looks blooming. Dom thinks she looks blooming. Idiot
