6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 – Chris had an incredible day yesterday. He played XBox, washed up, surfed the internet for geek news on upcoming films, went for a run and moved his telly using a towel. There are all sorts of theories of future superhero movies to come
6.55 – Rachel's brother is a geek and loves Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Carrie also loved the show and considered calling her first child Willow
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Rachel Beadle has been doing some more wind-ups on Chris and Dave with hilarious results. We have so many other celebs to choose from for further fun. Chris has received some picture of Dani from Babestation for Dominic. He's never really heard of her before though and doesn't know her name
7.20 – McFly are here. We talk Big Brother and Aled will be live from a secret location later. Dom tells us what the weather will be like today
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – McFly are here so we run through their back catalogue. We also talk musicals and how rubbish they are
7.45 – McFly in the studio. We discuss their decision to leave the record company and the complexities of PRS payments and their cruise holidays and knitting
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We prove that McFly's new record sounds like the gummy bears theme
8.10 – McFly talk to us about the new album and their decision to give it away for free. Harry still won't tell the Lindsay Lohan story 'cos his girlfriend might be listening
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – Chris tries out a new game where he says obscenities in Dom and Carrie's headphones to make them laugh
8.45 – Aled on the phone from Bristol giving away t-shirts
9.00 – Tedious Link – Take That 'Pray'
9.05 – Chris, Dave and Dom play a game of hitting the vocal on classic hits from 1993
9.15 – Aled on the phone from Bristol and all the t-shirts have gone. Aled's got Hooters presents for us in the form of t-shirts from yesterday. Rachel's one is very snug
9.25 – Chris and Dave have just taken a great photo outside, but can't put it online yet. Stay tuned - it'll be great
