6.35 – Chris is tired and wearing leisure wear. He's achieved his 200 mile running goal. We reminisce about the classic series Hi De Hi and discuss the big story of multiple alien sightings around the UK
6.55 – Chris has just been accosted randomly by some Butlins redcoats from planet happy who bring us the gift of sushi. We also talk about the incredible hulk and David Banner
7.00 - News and Sport
7.10 – We clear up the David Banner, Bruce Banner and Lou Feringo confusion that surrounds the Hulk
7.20 – Dom has Glastonbury weather from Rob McElwee. We say hello to Matt and Cheryl who are in the carpark at Glastonbury getting very excited. We also talk about Dogger which was one of Chris' favourite books from his childhood. Lots of people also remember Dogger

7.35 – We talk more Glastonbury and all the people travelling to the site currently. Chris isn't really into Glasto as it's too big, unlike Rachel who's mad for it. We wonder what Jay-Z will be like
7.50 – We talk about Agyness Deyn who's on the show on Friday. Chris is planning to test the theory that she goes for guys that make her laugh. We also talk about camp men and guys that Aled goes for
7.55 – We talk about Pixies and Peaches Geldof and whether or not they're cool or not, and briefly about our lunch yesterday for Carrie and Matt and where Carrie ended up afterwards

8.50 – Chris is wearing a hoodie and looks very urban. Terry Wogan said Shabba earlier on this morning, so Dom's going to try and find the clip for us. Chris does his Wogan impression which ends up Welsh, and we talk about how backward Aberystwyth is and how far it is from everywhere
