7.05 – Chris has been watching a programme on BBC 3 called 'Snog Marry Avoid' which is still on the iPlayer. We also talk about Dog Borstal and Huddersfield, which are unrelated
7.25 – We talk about page 3 teens and imagine what Chris' mid-life crisis will be like. Very funny
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We plug Glastonbury and play Going for Glastonbury Gold with Henry Kelly
7.45 – Chris got Irish Joe from the pub to have a look at his floorboards. Joe says it's a manhole under the flooring. Aled is wearing his Featherstone Rovers shirt today. It's a good look on him
7.55 – We talk to Aled about manhole and historical facts
