6.35 – We're all knackered today. We discuss what we're all going to do on our holiday, including Aled's odd choice to attend a watersports based rock festival in Wales. We chat about the exam on Friday which was a nightmare, and Big Steve the physio is here to hurt us with his table of pain
6.55 – We run through the line up for Aled's forthcoming Wakestock festival. He's got to drive his sister there
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We talk about our Facebook fans. Running for US president and customs in America and around the world who pick on Dave
7.20 – Chris mounts the table to be hurt by Big Steve. Once again very funny. Dominic believes himself to have a high pain threshold which was perhaps a silly thing to say
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Dominic on the table squealing like a girl. He doesn't have a high pain threshold at all. Carrie on the table, screaming in pain. Something for everybody this morning. Aled needs to be hurt next
7.50 – Aled on the table in pain. Very entertaining
7.55 – It's tempting to get Dominic back on and bet him money that he can't do 30 seconds or even 10 seconds possibly
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Dominic in pain again, proving that he's not very good under extreme pressure
8.20 – We run through the exam paper from Friday and prove how impossible it was. The vid and pics are online now

8.35 – We take apart Dominic's rubbish weather again
8.40 – We big up Coldplay and play the number 1 single
8.50 – We play the Radio 4 audio of Chris Martin walking out of the interview
8.58 – We talk to Aled about Bob Wilson who he's never heard of
9.00 – Tedious Link – Supergrass 'Richard III'
9.05 – Tedious problems and we talk to Vernon about Beat The Star and other stuff
9.25 – Rachel is here in a dress, and is looking forward to Glastonbury
