6.35 – We explain that Rachel isn't dead for those early listeners who thought she went off sick a couple of weeks ago and never came back. Chris has significantly upped his training regime and ran 6 miles yesterday. We also discuss Big Brother Alexandra who's vile and makes Charley look good.
6.50 – We talk about Chris' big mugs, and having tea at his house

7.05 – We discuss biscuits and cookies and redbush tea which Dave has just found about. Apparently redbush translated into Afrikaans is 'Roy Bush' (roibos). We talk Euro 2008 Football results and who's doing what in the sweepstake
7.15 – Chris explains how his body is feeling after his pummelling the other day and his goals for feeling good and looking great. We also talk about fat ankles looking like a kebab leg
7.26 – We've got a Carpark Catchphrase mix coming up from Oriental Aled

7.35 – Robbie Williams is looking well at the moment. We play a bit of the Carpark Catchphrase/Body Crash bootleg we've had done for us, and we've also got a DJ Jaguar Skillz mix as well which will play later. Oriental Aled introduces us to all of this. We also talk about UN man Banky Moon who sounds like a DJ, but is actually curing poverty and war and stuff. Very funny
