6.35 – We went in the Big Brother house yesterday and it was really weird. We have a couple of teaser clips, but will play the results properly later
6.50 – Groundhog Day. It's raining outside and Rihanna is number one. It's just like last summer. Carrie's wearing Capri pants ahead of a day's filming for the BBC. Chris has a Foo Fighters ringtone game for Dave, which we'll do properly after the news
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Dave continues the Foo Fighters ringtone game and doesn't do very well.
7.20 – We have a go at the stupid papers for giving Fern Britton stick for her weight-loss methods, and their hounding of Gazza. Morons
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – It's incredible that people don't have more in their lives to worry about than Fern Britton's weight-loss methods. Maybe Chris should front the new Ryvita marketing campaign, with a refreshingly honest approach
7.45 – We run through the teaser clips and explain our day with Davina yesterday in the Big Brother house. There should hopefully be a highlights video online by Friday - fingers crossed!
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Chris saw Minty from EastEnders the other day. We talk about other exciting celebrity spotting from all of us. The Barlows and the Bannerman man
8.20 – We promote the big Foo Fighters gig and Coldplay at Brixton coming soon, then play Nickleback weirdly?? We revisit some golden Bon Jovi memories, and the big up Nickleback, who really are a great great band (?!) Rock on

8.35 – We play the R U Sure 'Lunch In This Pub' parody again
8.45 – Rob DJ's Monday Night Pub Quiz
