7.05 – More sad music for Carrie, and a few more tears, and maybe she should cheers herself up with some new shoes or a new bag
7.20 – We debate whether or not we should run the interview that Dominic has just done with the loser or losers of The Apprentice. The general opinion is that we should run it today, so we shall. We also talk about possibly taking the show to Russia, just 'cos we quite fancy doing it. Chris could show us around as he knows a lot of the sights from Call of Duty 4

8.20 – We talk Eurovision and Paddy O'Connell and the recipes online. Aled's having a Eurovision party and we're invited but he doesn't really want us there. We then get Aled to rate where we rank in terms of his friends. Dave is the furthest away on the friend scale. He's on Dave Island
