6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 – Chris has broken his treadmill again. What a bummer. We also talk about Fat Sue and Stephen Nolan who's lost loads of weight
6.50 – Chris is really disappointed about the treadmill. He can't run in public cos he lives on Showbiz Avenue in Brixton next to Eddie Grant and Porkpie from Desmonds and will get papped by the press. Chris' beer fridge is broken as well. How unfortunate to have two major appliances pack up at the same time. We also talk about Ricky Hatton and the telly show with his family that's on at the moment.
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Chris has got some Kaiser Chiefs instrumentals which are very funny. He also has a Jack Bauer talking key ring, and we try and work out whether it's really Kiefer Sutherland or not
7.25 – Chris is on the cutting edge of popular culture and has now seen the second episode of Gavin and Stacey. He's also very much looking forward to the Kaiser Chiefs on Saturday night, and the playoff final on Sunday. Chris saw Derren Brown outside work, and Rhys embarrassed him by asking him to hypnotise them into stop smoking. I love bank holidays, don't you great mate?

7.35 – We've got a new advert from Cheggers, which is genius. LFM radio. Cheggers should do bank holidays for us
7.45 – Chris and Dave run down the top 10. The Ting Tings are number one. We talk more about the fat sue painting and Lucien Freud and Keith Freud and then the Stephen Nolan clips of him and Fat Sue. That is not my name! That is not my name!...very funny
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Dominic needs to clear up the national confusion concerning the part animal, part human MPs. What do you think Mr. Speaker?…Mooooooooo
8.20 – Ricky Wilson live on the phone from the tour bus. As well as the pre-season tour of Scotland and the Elland Road gig on Saturday, they're opening a dentist this week...say ahhh ahhh ahh ahhh

8.35 – We've got some more crap Kaiser Chiefs puns for their dentist opening
8.50 – We still need to go to the shop. We debate how we'll cope with going to the shop in Leeds on Friday and talk more about the weekend ahead and the Kaiser Chiefs gig on Saturday. Maybe we should go to Featherstone Rovers on Saturday Night. That could be a belting idea
9.00 – Tedious Link – Beck 'Loser'
9.05 – More about Featherstone Rovers and Chris' Uncle Jim who's the marketing manager. We talk about the dreadful 'You've Been Framed' rip-off show that Chris saw at the weekend. We run through the telly highlights which are rubbish and Rachel promotes the rest of the day on Radio 1 in a seamless piece of quality broadcasting. Chris, Dave and Dom then go to the shop
