6.35 – We talk at length about our night at the Sony's. We won. Dominic was emotional and met Thommo the Director General of the Beeb, and a generally good night was had by all
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We try and find a 24 hour delivery place in London. In the end we just decide to get bacon sandwiches from next door
7.20 – The Foo Fighters are brilliant and playing Wembley soon. Chris is excited 'cos he met Avon from Blake 7 yesterday. We also discuss Joan Collins and the other random people who gave out awards
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Chris has got some audio highlights from his soundclash at Radio 1's Big Weekend, and talks us through the his experience of going up against Judge Jules
7.55 – Rachel didn't appreciate us saying she "looked well" last night. We then debate how mental girls are and how you have to be so careful what you say
8.00 - News and Sport
8.15 – We have a clip of Dominic possibly sounding merry last night. We try and set it up first though by getting him to describe how he felt he was. The clip is still to come
8.25 – We should get James Corden on the show. He is enjoying a manlove relationship via text with Chris. We like him, he's funny

8.45 – Rob DJ's Monday Night Pub Quiz
9.00 – Tedious Link - Doves 'Caught By The River'
9.05 – Quiz Answers and then half time and we quiz each other with some number and letter sequences. Very funny
