6.35 – Chris went running for 7 miles yesterday. He's disappearing rapidly. Aled is obsessed with figures and graphs and is unnatural in his loving of statistics. We also talk about his boyfriend and the gym twins
6.50 – Chris is looking like he's lost weight. We compare him now to how he used to look on the Roadshow with the long hair etc. We talk Blue Peter and when Rachel dressed up as a killer whale
7.00 - News and Sport
7.10 – More about Blue Peter. Chris never liked it in the olden days 'cos it was for square kids. We've got a jingle with Carrie's new surname on it, which freaks her out
7.20 – Chris tells us all about his memories of Monkey and the way kids at school called him Pigsy. His brother got called Roland. Chris has got old episodes of monkey on DVD if Dave wants to borrow them ever

7.45 – Chris reads the story of Fearne Cotton in the paper saying she wouldn't go topless for photos. We then talk tattoos, ear piercing, kids with earrings looking like chavs. They should tattoo them as well and give them a dog on a rope. Dominic will end up having a mid life crisis and get his ears pierced and get fake hair and a sports car

8.05 – Chris talks about the horrible story of the Austrian sicko who's apparently only up for 15 years if found guilty. We then talk Arsene Wenger who is here and has a live chat with Jose Mourinho. Needs work
8.20 – Everyone who's registered for the Big Weekend will find out one way or another whether they've got tickets this week. How Exciting. Jo's got the exclusive first play of Coldplay’s first single. We play some of the tracks off the Rhythms Del Mundo album and the coldplay Cuban version of 'Clocks'. We then play the real Clocks
