7.05 – We play Carrie’s “Donalds” fluff from the sport yesterday and we promote Space Pirates which is now on BBC1 every afternoon at 5 past 3pm
7.25 – How do audience figures work, and we run through the competition for Space Pirates today
7.30 – News and Sport
7.35 – Aled doesn’t know who Joe Calzaghe is and then Dave does a fat or fit quiz to see who else is with Chris in the Mirror’s Fat or Fit list
7.45 – We plug the Big Weekend and registration which starts next week. We ask you who do you want to see there
7.55 – Suggestion from people of who they want to see
7.58 – We discuss Retrofest and the people who will be performing there
8.00 – News and Sport
8.05 – We talk about Chris’s iPod and Dave who’s thinking about purchasing one. We talk about the headphone disco at Retrofest which sounds brilliant
8.25 – We talk to Keith from Cardiff who’s giving away our T Shirts today
8.28 – We reveal the BBC in Wales is in Llandaf, but Chris thinks Llandaf is the welsh for goddammit
8.30 – News and Sport
8.35 – We’ve had a very funny email from Keef in Cardiff
8.50 – Chris tells the story of how him and Dave once got too close in terms of their relationship. Dom’s guess who is kiwi actor Sam Neill
9.00 – TEDIOUS LINK – AEROSMITH – DUDE LOOKS LIKE A LADY
9.05 – Half time. We talk Gok Wan, Chris on COD4 and then plug the apprentice and play some clips
9.25 – We rate Graham Norton and run through some future guests, and Chris is worried that he might have upset Ant from Ant and Dec
9.52 – Carpark Catchphrase – with Anthony and Sam
