6.35 – Welcome back Dominic. We talk about the football last night, and our team outing today, and The Apprentice and how annoying everybody is. Chris also watched Desperate Housewives last night, plus the Scott Mills show which he still thinks is unwatchable

7.05 – Dave just got accosted outside by a load of PR types, and then we talk about Rachel's cake making skills and her future business plan with Chris and Dave as the Dragon type investers
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – More about Rachel's plans for her cake business, with Chris and Dave as executive directors out the back of the shop 'cos nobody else will employ them
7.45 – Later on Chris will be revealing what his birthday present was from Dave and we look forward to our team lunch today. Pie and wine for Rachel. Mmmmm
7.50 – Dave says he's not the fussed about cake, so Chris gets all the cake lovers to text in. We get thousands of cake fans
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – There have been some texts that agree with Dave but not many. We then replay the Somerset Boy parody
8.20 – Dom gives us the results of his phonecalls with Cheggers and Peter Jones as we bid for fake telly glory

8.35 – Weirdly we end up talking about horses pole dancing, but we're not entirely sure how or why
8.45 – We talk about Edith and James King's Bond theme project with Betty Boo, and then play a small clip. Aled tries to act the part of James Bond but is not scary or convincing
8.50 – More Aled James Bond fun. Chris has got a message from Gene Hunt, and Aled has brought in cake for Chris from the shop on his way in

9.05 – Dave says hello to some people who work in a photography shop in Uxbridge, and then Chris asks him all about the photoshoot with Nicole, and whether or not Spoony is the dad
9.25 – Chris tells the story of what Dave got him for his birthday. It was a Bert and Ernie canvas, and Aled plugs the video blog for today

9.35 – Chris shows Dom and Carrie a selection a of Burt and Ernie pics during the news
9.45 – We play the audio of Aled pretending to be Chris on yesterday’' blog, and we take bets on who will bow out first of today's team lunch. We then talk about Upstaged with Scott in Bristol with Badgertrip and the Cavalier sisters etc.
9.55 – More about Badgertrip who performs on the internet for 6 hours on Upstaged
10.00 – Jo Whiley talks about Upstaged and REM yesterday
