7.36 - Chris questions the whopping expenses bills MPs are entitled to and he gets kitted up for the run in an XXXL t-shirt. It's not very flattering.
7.48 - The mystery runner joining us today has conveniently left their running kit at home. Will Kinder (aka greyhead) tells us the videos will be online from midday, but Chris is sceptical. The mystery runner arrives mid-link, and it's Vernon Kay. He tries to buy his way out of running the lap.

8.05 - Chris, Dave, Chappers and Vernon commence their mile after some procrastination
