6.30 - News and Sport
6.38 - Chris' legs hurt because he ran 5 miles yesterday and he's lost 5 1/2 lbs through the Sport Relief challenge. Dom ran for 3 miles yesterday and the people behind Sport Relief are genuinely concerned for his health on Friday. Chappers and Dave's driver is also their masseuse.
6.58 Chris is writing a blog to go along with the video of him running yesterday that will be online later.
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 - Dom thinks that there aren't enough thumbs in photos, and the video of Chris running is online now. Chris watched Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares last night.
7.17 - Chris thinks the girl's voice on the Sport Relief ident is really annoying…it turns out it's Davina who'll be joining us later. We have a quick chat with Dave who's in Manchester.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.37 - We look at Facebook and the show somehow has more fans than Jesus. Chris looks at pictures of his favourite girl.
7.46 - We clean out some of the photos of our fans on Facebook and delete chav barker and more pictures of bands trying to get signed.
8.00 - News and Sport
8.19 Chappers and Dave are on the phone. They compare the views of their run with Chris. We reveal the route for today.
8.29 Whoever comes last in their next race has to run dressed as Villa mascot Hercules The Lion. Tomorrow we'll be doing the show live from Wembley! After the Chappers rant yesterday we have an amazing new total of £75,000.
8.30 - News and Sport
8.38 - Davina is here and she'll be in the studio soon. She's brought her running shoes and is flashing her tummy to Chris from the Live Lounge.
8.47 - Davina's in the studio and Chris thinks that she's in a bad mood. Chris flashes his bottom to show her he's got no cellulite. They talk about Sport Relief and the 'Chappers Effect'.
9.00 - Tedious Link - Coldplay 'Fix You'
9.05 - Dave's talking about a horse peeing and thankfully we've lost him on the phone. Davina misses Dave and she might come to Wembley tomorrow if Chris joins her on the 5 mile run on Sunday
9.30 - News and Sport
9.45 - Chappers and Dave are about to face their first race and we remind them of their forfeit. We take bets on their timings and we'll find out how well they did after some music.
9.55 - The boys have nearly finished their mile run and it looks like Chappers is going to make it first. Toby gives another commentary on the race and it's official, Chappers has won and Dave will have to dress as Hercules The Lion.
