6.58 - Chris is starting to sober up and he's been sent a giant chocolate Easter bunny.
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 - We talk more about the awards last night and how Roxanne turned up for a drink. Matt and Aled were both smitten with her.
7.12 - Chris wants Wogan dead apparently.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.50 - We talk to Dave and reveal today's route. Chris tells Dave about Jenny Powell and how she's been dreaming about him. Patrick’s not here yet so we've decided that he'll have to eat the giant chocolate bunny as a forfeit.
8.00 - News and Sport
8.12 - Chris is far too busy telling Patrick a story about last night in the live lounge that he hasn't noticed the news has finished.
8.22 - Patrick Kielty's in the studio.

8.35 - Chat about Johnny Vaughan and Nadine from Girls Aloud 
8.45 - Patrick and Chris talk about gambling

9.10 - Celebrity Lap with Patrick, and he makes it to the top of the leader board.
9.20 - Rachel tells us how she mistook a bottle of shampoo for water this morning.
9.30 - News and Sport
9.40 - We talk to Chappers and Dave before their run. And we take bets on how long it will take them.
9.52 - We talk to Toby the engineer who gives us commentary on their run. They did it in 8 minutes 20 seconds. Chris advises them to do an Andi Peters and lie on the floor with their legs in the air.
