6.35 - Chris has a new Sports Relief tracksuit & toy that'll help him with his Sports Relief challenge. He claims that it's changed his life but he's still off to the pub tonight. Carrie isn't wearing any makeup today.
6.55 - The studio equipment isn't working. Chris talks about the new Sarah Connor Chronicles and how he doesn't get it along with the new Flash Gordon series.

7.07 - Chris plays The Archers theme tune during the weather and Carrie still isn't wearing any make up. Chris suggests that he and Dom apply it for her whilst Aled films it.
7.25 - We talk to Dave ahead of today's destination announcement.

8.20 - We speak to Chappers & Dave to reveal the route of the day and they have to run it three-legged. Chris gets Cheggers to read the small print.

9.05 - Quiz answers. Chris wants Dave to go to Elland Road Stadium to do a lap…. He said he'd think about it.
9.25 - Dave is straddling the border with one foot in England and the other in Scotland.

9.35 - Chris and the team have thought of a forfeit for Chappers and Dave, they have tickets for a Leeds game tonight.
9.50 - Chris talks about the TRIC Awards that they're attending later today. The show has been nominated for Best Radio Programme. Everyone from the show is going apart from Dave who'll be too busy running a mile.
