6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 – We talk to Greg about his DJ clip that he played at the end of his show. Aled gets sent out of the studio and leaves through the real door, and Greg eventually recreates the clip by jocking up to the vocal on Cameo
6.50 – Aled is back from the outside world, and we find out what the management verdict was on our x-rated Going for Girls jingle. It's not been passed as broadcastable sadly
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We talk about the Duchess of Hull story from the news and also the immigration clip which sounds a lot like Jason Orange
7.20 – Sport Relief link. Dave is excited and has no idea where he's going today. We talk a bit about how it's going to work. Aled has set up a Facebook button and Bebo Skins, but Dave doesn't really understand what that means
7.28 – Chris asks Dave is he has any idea where he'll start. He doesn't but would probably start in Inverness if it were up to him

7.35 – We talk about the girls who have put them self forward on Facebook for Matt, and play the two jingles. Carrie can't decide which one she finds the most offensive
7.50 – We plug the Kooks gigs tonight on Zane show, with some help from a clip of Zane, and say nice things about Radio 1 online
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We talk Sport Relief and Dave's getting excited about where he's going
8.20 – Chappers is here and it's time to find out where the tour is starting. It's Liverpool, and there is an idea to put the boys in Liverpool shirts, which is the only thing they don't want to do
8.30 - News and Sport
8.45 – More about donations for Chappers and Dave to do certain forfeits along the way
9.00 – Tedious Link – Foo Fighters 'Walking After You'
9.05 – Half time chat about the Chris Brown boobs lyrics, and Aled's done another version with baps and hooters and jubblies etc. Link ends with Norks!
9.20 – We're on the blag for stuff. Dave wants walkie talkies and Chris wants cakes and a vanilla slice
