6.35 – Chris has finally got his treadmill fixed and has even used it. It's the start of a new dawn
6.50 – Chris now has to take a variety of tablets everyday and puts cream on his tummy, on the advice of his doctor. He needs to get a proper healthcheck next in aid of Sport Relief
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We ask where all these 24 hour pubs are located. We talk about Dom's theory of telling your tummy what you're about to eat, so that it prepares itself and you therefore don't put on any weight. Plus we have various other random texts from people with sore teeth and back pain etc. and being at work on morphine
7.20 – Chris downloaded Doug Walker and talks about his mission to get it into the charts, against all the odds
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Chris doesn't want to play H20, so instead we showcase a selection of hits from the year 1987. In the end we play Arctic Monkeys instead
7.50 – Dominic gets confused about the year that his daughter was born, and then we get onto partner's birthdays and anniversaries etc. Chris wants to go and see The Family Mahone play on Paddy's night, but Dave can't 'cos it's his anniversary. Chris then debates what night it all happened
7.59 – The listeners think Dave is an idiot, because now he can never go out on St Patrick's day with the lads
8.00 - News and Sport
8.20 – We do the big plug for Sport Relief and Chappers and Dave's challenge

8.35 – We do a snow update, as there is a lot around the country
