7.00 - News and Sport
7.20 – We talk about Chris' musical selection at his party and Aled's early morning dance routines, and we plug the Facebook and Bebo pages and the listener photos with us that have been sent in. Then we debate whether we like Alphabeat or not, because it sounds like High School Musical and Same Difference

7.35 – Dustin the turkey is representing Ireland in this year's Eurovision, and Dominic has found a clip of it, but we need to find a better quality one

8.15 – We plug the Kooks gig and the fact that tickets go on sale at 10am this morning
8.25 – Adrian Chiles is in the building, and we talk about his forthcoming lap, and the collection of laps as a whole and the phenomenal amount of people who have seen them all
8.30 - News and Sport
