6.35 – Chris is late because he was invited to Adrian Chiles' surprise birthday party in Watford, and nobody was there
6.50 – Chris is still on the phone but then appears at the door. We were going to do the Apprentice music and vote whether he should be on the phone or not, but it doesn't really work. Dave talks about the football last night which he ordered on Setanta
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We have the audio from The One Show last night, but Chris still isn't happy because Adrian Chiles technically didn't apologise
7.20 – The sports news is that Chris' treadmill isn't fixed, because he's broken it. Not because he's too fat, but because he's overused in, but he went out for a half hour brisk walk instead. The shock news is that Aled is not a massive fan of the new Girls Aloud single
7.29 – We know what Aled means about Girls Aloud, and their record which is called 'Can't Speak French'

7.35 – We blow our minds by trying to work out gambling odds, after the story in the news about the guy who won a million with a 50p stake
7.52 – Corporate promotional link about the upcoming Kooks gig for Radio 1

8.05 – Frank Sidebottom and Flumpbase, and we discuss Ant and Dec's Takeaway and the random list of celebrities they have on. We also talk Ant and Dec and them being distant with us, 'cos they don't trust Chris

8.45 – Peter Jones is here. He does a strip tease to reveal a Chelsea kit which is odd. He’s also got size 14 feet. We talk American inventor and Russian inventor etc.
9.00 – Tedious Link – Fatman Scoop 'It Takes Scoop'
9.05 – Ramble and we talk some more about American Inventor which starts tonight. And we look at the Therapy Buddy which appears on tonight's show, and ask Peter about the other Dragons and whether he keeps in touch with old Dragons who aren't on the show anymore
9.25 – Peter is strapped up to the helmet and camera ready to do his lap, but the batteries are flat, so we'll do his lap after the news
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – Peter's lap, which he does and blasts everyone out of the water
9.45 – We give Peter the challenge of saying 'I Slept With Chris Moyles' on Richard and Judy this afternoon
10.00 – Jo Whiley wants to try and beat Peter's time as she's very competitive, and we talk Johnny Minckley her technology expert
