6.35 – Chris talks about the amazing situation regarding his friends' flat in London, and then Sophie setting fire to the fish and chips under the grill. We also mention the Grammys, and how boring they look and what Beyonce and Tina Turner looked like
6.50 – We talk American Idol and what we've got on series link. Chris wants to get Lilly Allen back on the show, 'cos he thinks it would be a better interview. Rachel still thinks she was rude though and is lacking manners
6.55 – It's Chris' birthday soon, but he's not sure what he's going to do. Chris thinks Dave was working on his birthday yesterday, but Dave's not letting anything out of the bag
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – More about Chris' birthday and where Dave supposedly was yesterday, and Chris has been getting abusive texts from Forest fans who are confident of beating Leeds tonight
7.20 – Chris is getting more abuse from Forest fans and then we talk football in general and the lower leagues, and people like Chris' friend Tim who has two teams in the same league. Dave thinks that's weird and you can't have respect for those people

7.35 – We talk about the London bus which hit a bridge yesterday, and weirdly the same thing happened to Dave years ago. We then talk about sitting at the front of the bus, above the driver which is the best seat
