6.35 – Hello and welcome. Rachel has written November on today's script, which is weird 'cos it's like we're in the future. Tonight is the first episode of Ashes To Ashes, and the pics of when Chris visited the set are online, and Chris spoke to JLC yesterday which is weird because Dominic woke up today speaking in a Bristol accent
6.50 – Chris is sent a chocolate head. Text in if you want some head
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We play the Spice Girls 'We Wont Be There' apology song for their fans
7.20 – Grange Hill is being axed sadly. We talk nostalgia and then the new Star Trek film which is coming out soon
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We each have a go at auditioning for the new Star Trek voiceover
7.50 – Dominic has a present in the form a Space Pirates remix. Very very good
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Chris, Dom and Dave do some harmony singing, and it then gets us onto the subject weirdly of bands who's names sound like snow. We read out a few examples that have been texted in. We then play the Wales goals over the Star Trek music
8.20 – We read out the Snow bands suggestions from the text that are very funny. We then play the Lionel Richie remix of 'All Night Long' that we found on the system.
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – Chris has got the whole snow based line up for Radio 1. Edith Snowman and Vernon Sleigh etc.
8.45 – Apparently we're 70 hours over a hard disk allocation on the radio computer storage thingy. We then play Chuffhunter 'This is Chuff'
9.00 – Tedious Link – The Smiths 'Panic'
9.05 – Tedious problems about West Ham and we talk about how grumpy Rachel is about having to work until 5pm
9.20 – Aled's Guess Who? It's Doug Walker who was performing last night with Craig David
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We have a Ducktales singalong and play the Doug Walker record
9.45 – Chris has found out that there's a horse running in the 4 o'clock at Southwell called Space Pirate. We should back it
9.50 – Tonight is the first episode of Ashes To Ashes, and we plug the piccies online of Chris on the set with the cast
9.58 – We talk about the Radio 1 Away Day and the fact that Jo can do whatever she wants today
10.00 – Bye bye
