6.35 – Chris is knackered today and Dom doesn't understand Takeshi's Castle. We talk about how there was nothing on the telly last night and Dave has been getting grief from Mike Oldfield fans for saying Tubular Bells is rubbish. Text in now if you agree.
6.50 – We talk about how rubbish it is getting up early and what the answer is. We then discuss rubbish super powers and what we'd all have given the choice. We also talk about the pros and cons of travelling through time

7.05 – We run through a few texts of people with rubbish jobs and discuss the various type of lotteries and ask where is Lottery HQ
7.20 – We talk Lottery HQ, and Chris and Dave going drinking with the crew from Live & Kicking, and then walking onto the set of Men Behaving Badly and having their photo taken, and Rachel dressed as a penguin on Blue Peter
7.28 – Chris talks about X Trax magazine and the random facts it contains

7.48 – Today is Shrove Tuesday. We discuss the significance of pancakes to the bible, and how you actually make pancakes. Tonight Chris might be meeting up with Scott Mills, so maybe they could make pancakes together. We then play Doug Walker
7.52 – Reaction to the Doug Walker track. Chris and Scott would look like Big Cook Little Cook with their pancakes. People have asked if Scott is gay in real life. We tell them that he's actually straight but Vernon is gay, and his real name is Vernon Gay not Vernon Kay

8.05 – We've got a message from Naveen Andrews from Lost, and Dave does his posh actor voice
8.18 – The Quiz is coming so we run through the current scores on the leaderboard, and Chris tries to ring Scott to see if he’s coming over tonight. He doesn't answer, but then he's not very good in social situations
8.25 – Chris raps over Mike Oldfield and then New Edition. Very funny

8.35 – We run through some suggestions for Carrie's first dance. Very funny

9.20 – Aled says the podcast is available now and Dave plays the guess who all the podcast celebs are game, although he's stuck on one

9.35 – Dave thinks it’s Quentin Tarantino, but it's not it's JJ Abrams. Aled then talks Facebook, and reads out a selection of complimentary comments from our fans
9.48 – Chris is still hoping to see Scott tonight, although he's not answering his phone. Dom is inviting him to come and see the U2 film. Chris runs through the what's on guide for today, and talks about what it's like getting a phone call from Andy Parfitt. It's not as abrupt as Rod McKenzie
9.52 – Dom is a fan of The Chris Moyles Show Facebook page, and Jo Whiley is told how to join in
9.55 – We enjoy some Cheggers Plays Pop and then Cuban flavours, and then talk to Jo Whiley about going to her house and the secret that Chris has got about Chappers from the train
