6.35 – We deal with the attitudes of the British youth to physical education, and the current state of affairs at Leeds United. Chris was also out for dinner last night with Andi Peters and Vernon Kay
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We have a better quality version of the Wizbit theme music, and then have an assortment of creepy clips from the show
7.20 – We conclude the Paul Daniels and Debbie trick. Dave finds them a bit sinister on the whole
7.25 – More on the Edith Bowman story as we play her message. Chris reveals that he got sent a bunch of flowers from her yesterday, so we debate what to do next
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – More about the Edith Bowman story and what we're going to do. We discuss the Derby County player who fell asleep on the motorway, and we also talk Ashley Cole being a prick
7.50 – More about Ashley Cole and Cheryl in crisis, and Chris offers him self up as welcome relief for her at this dark time
7.55 – Chris has some Scottish chat up lines for Cheryl which he wants to test on Dave. They don't really work
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We try some more chat up lines, and ask whether anyone ever actually hears these being used in real life. Then Chris plays the Dennis Wise song which has been sent in by 'little Sam' in Leeds
8.20 – We talk about the Cloverfield film we're going to see today, and the stick that Ashley Cole is going to get when he plays next, and we run through the response to Sam's Leeds song - it's truly moved the nation
8.27 – We discuss Craig David's love of Bo Selecta, and how he's doing well - he's back in the charts while Eminem has disappeared off the planet
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – Made Up News and we replay Sam's song again
8.50 – We play Zane Lowe’s trail for BBC Introducing from Maida Vale tonight. We then discuss some of the band on the bill and play a bit of the Ting Tings which we’re playing in full later
8.55 – We discuss the relative merits of Nickelback and the fact that Chad Kroeger sounds like Jon Bon Jovi. Apparently Jon Gaunt from TalkSport has been slagging Chris off again, so Chris wants people to ring up and irritate him
9.00 – Tedious Link – Donell Jones 'U Know What's Up'
9.05 – More thoughts on what we can do with Jon Gaunt, and the fact that the Jon Gaunt fansite has now shut down sadly
9.25 – Tonight is the Big Brother wrap party and Chris can either go to that, or he can go to pilates with Rachel. Rachel demonstrates some pilates moves, but it looks dull
9.28 – Chris talks about the podfather man and the Edith Bowman situation where he received some flowers yesterday
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We're in big trouble regarding the Edith situation, but we can't say what exactly… just now
9.46 - Chris explains exactly what's been done, and we get Edith on the phone for the big reveal. We then play the full Edith phone message
9.55 – We replay the little Sam Leeds song, and talk about us going to see Cloverfield today
10.00 – Jo doesn't want to talk to us
