6.35 – Rachel and Carrie tell us about the team outing to the Spice Girls last night. Chris, Dave and Dom weren't there but Aled, Matt and Sarah were in attendance. Quick Guess Who's including Chico and David Beckham. We talk about the Spurs vs. Arsenal result, and how Dave wants Everton to get past Chelsea tonight in the second semi, and then a bit about our photo shoot today. Chris still doesn't really see the point of it.
6.50 – We talk about Heath Ledger who sadly died yesterday
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Chris has transferred his children's album which he nicked from Capital, and it contains stuff like The Flumps
7.20 – Dave has the Sesame Street Fever album and wants to get it transferred from tape cassette to CD, and we do Birthday Corner
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We talk about Cristiano Ronaldo and his embarrassing mum. Chris doesn't like the smell of marmite. Chris tells the story of playing the jellybean game at Dave's house on Saturday, and we run through our various outfits for the photoshoot today. Chris thinks Carrie looks like a tramp, Dave and Dom look like supply teachers and Rachel looks like a medium

8.05 – Dom's got the Spurs goals and we learn that Rachel's boyfriend Mally sets his alarm for 8.08
8.20 – We explain the Year In The Life thing again and appeal for people to send in their videos
8.25 – Dave does his What's on guide

8.40 – We talk about Chris' second book which Dave hasn't read yet and the making of the audio book which was very interesting
8.52 – We invent a new musical feature titled 'Choon or Chuff'. Rachel suggests another word to rate stuff 'cos she's rude and silly
9.00 – Tedious Link – Goldie Lookin' Chain 'Guns Don't Kill People, Rappers Do'
9.05 – Matt recalls his first slow dance to '2 Become One' and half time with Gok Wan live in the studio who's got a thing for both Dave and Matt
9.25 – We propose staging the Granny awards

9.45 – We've got presents in the form of a sweetie presentation box for all the team, and Carrie does a country fiddle dance to Rolf Harris
9.50 – We still need to organise our drinks night with Jo Whiley and, and we propose Rolf Harris having a fiddle with Jo Whiley
9.57 – Chris shows Carrie his naked photos from his holidays
