6.35 – Chris is worried that he's falling apart, 'cos of his spotty and flaky skin. Chris reads Greg James' interview from the ego board, and is upset that Greg regards Scott as his mentor and not him. We also analyse Dom's haphazard weather forecasting
6.55 – We read out a list of UK locations that don't have any rain, contrary to what Dom's has just reported
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We analyse Dom's weather again, which has changed since 6.30, and Chris wants Amy Winehouse and Britney to go to his Mum and get sorted out and rid of their problems
7.20 – We talk more about Amy Winehouse and the press and Britney Spears and telly stands and then do Birthday Corner
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Chris is getting really annoyed by the Amy Winehouse story and we mention that we can ask Kelly about it later, 'cos they know each other. Chris then demonstrates the musical similarities between a host of different records
7.45 – We debate the pros and cons of the Nickleback record and how funny it is. Chris has another soundalikey. Nickleback sounds like 'Afternoon Delight'
7.55 – Lane discipline and speeding on the motorway. Chris says Dave does it but he's being slanderous

8.20 – Kelly is here and a bit hungover and spilt champagne on her laptop when she was washing up. We then talk about the photoshoot project and the issues of perfection. We run through what each of us is having done in the airbrushing front, and what we should we have done

8.45 – Chris wants to do a naked photoshoot with Kelly O tomorrow, but she's not sure, so Chris gets people to text in if they want to see it; Kelly also attempts the Chris Moyles Celebrity Lap

9.05 – Tedious Problems and we more about being naked at home, and we convince Kelly to do the Sport Relief run with us in March
