6.35 – Chris starts the show from a mystery location, and then arrives on the phone in the studio. We then talk briefly about Big Brother last night.
6.50 – Aled is here wearing 'the hat.' We talk more about the takeover and how well it went, and Aled reveals that he wore the hat because he wanted to look like a hijacker, and has bought 3 other hats to convey different moods.
7.00 - News and Sport
7.10 – Chris talks about the podcast guy who was slagging him off. We also talk getting lost on YouTube and girls and shoes and the fact that Sophie wants to exchange the shoes Chris bought for Christmas.
7.25 – Chris talks about tackling the haters who call him sexist and ungrateful. We then discuss the regional use of the words love, cock and duck

7.35 – We do the quickest ever Birthday Corner
7.53 – Chris is in a silly mood today and was silly with the woman from Kellogs who brought in some Coco Pops. We then talk cupcakes and whether Rachel would rather make cakes or produce this show
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Davina is on the show very soon, and Dom reveals the details of his new invention, The Wife Iron!
8.20 – Davina interview part one. Her kids think Chris is their dad, and she discusses how she sweats in funny places during her fitness videos. Chris is annoyed that she didn't see him on Big Brother, and Chris thinks Matthew does nothing and takes the mickey out of his adventure travel business
8.30 - News and Sport
8.40 – We have clips of Davina's videos that sound rude. Chris mixes them over Girls Aloud
8.50 – We plug Sport Relief and how you can all take part and Chris agrees to do the 6 mile run with Davina in March
9.05 – Tedious Link – Warren G ft. Nate Dogg 'Regulate'
9.12 – Davina does her lap, and comes second from bottom
9.22 – We talk more about Sport Relief and us needing training from Davina's friend Robojackie and Davina does her second lap which is faster
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We talk about Davina's DVDs and how many she's sold so far, and Jo is looking serious ahead of her lap challenge
9.42 – Jo does her lap and she's not happy and wants another go
9.50 – Jo's second attempt and she beats Davina's time and is very happy about it
9.57 – Final plug for Sport Relief and thank you to Davina
