7.42 – More Sean Paul yo yo stuff, and Dave's Nicole looking like Joel yo yo dutty yeah
7.50 – The use of the word "chillax" and Chris doesn't get Moving Wallpaper/Echo Beach
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We talk about Johnny Vaughan and his incredibly long finger
8.20 – Chris and Aled discuss their day at Big Brother and then we talk Greg Rusedski and Sarah Greene and the events of the first night of Dancing on Ice

9.05 – Chris does his lap. Dave then does another lap, and then it's Dominic's turn on the circuit, followed by a very quick ramble
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – Rachel does her lap and then it's competitive Carrie to complete the set - cue manic screams
9.48 – Matt from the show does it and gets a very good time, and then it's competitive executive producer Piers Bradford
10.00 – Jo Whiley is going to do it tomorrow and she think she'll beat Davina
