6.30 – News and Sport
6.35 – Hurray, it’s a victory for common sense. We talk about the football last night, and arsenal, and the fact that sky have changed the way they abbreviate the teams on the telly. We discuss words and records which we’re now allowed to say
6.50 – Dave fell asleep on the train last night and ended up in the middle of nowhere. We then discuss other classic fall asleep transport stories. We’re going to see 'I am Legend' today, and the chances are that Dave and Dom and Rachel will fall asleep again, and Chris is still waiting for one Christmas present which is probably on its way to Botswana. We then discuss last minute shoppers
7.00 – News and Sport
7.15 – Dave kind of gets Rachel into trouble for slipping up and saying who today’s secret Santa is. Chris is really mad and sends Rachel out. Birthday Corner with Chris and Dave, and then Dave gets sent out as well
7.28 – Rachel and Dave come back, but Chris is still a bit mad. Find out who the secret Santa is shortly
7.30 – News and Sport
7.45- Dave and Rachel are sharing a sausage sandwich, cause 2 each would be excessive. Chris likes eating pizza for breakfast, and curry, but it’s all going to change for 2008
7.50 – Aled is dressed all in one label for his film premiere tonight, where he’s going with one of the muscle twins. Aled’s boyfriend is not happy, but Aled doesn’t see anything wrong with it
8.00 – News and Sport
8.05 – Secret santa, it’s Gordon Ramsay
8.20 – Gordon Ramsay and his Trinitron palace, and running the marathon and drinking shandy. Gordon asks Chris to jump up and down so he can see his man boobs, so he can tell how much weight he has put on. Chris advises Gordon to grow a beard to cover his weird face!

8.46 – Last chat with Gordon before he goes to work. We explain lock ins, and Chris says that if he doesn’t come to the pub with him today, he’s going to go to Claridges and embarrass him in front of all his customers
8.58 – Dave went for a poo, but wouldn’t come out because he knew that Gordon Ramsay was hovering

9.15 – We discuss Aled’s planned night out with the Abercrombie models tonight. We and the audience are shocked!
9.28 – Aled has decided to make a U turn on his decision and go to the premiere with Emile tonight
