6.50 – Chris gives us a little taste of what the rubbish record is after 9. And we discuss the Ricky Hatton fight, and what time it will be on. Chris then showcases his new Migraine song
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Carrie’s going off to ring her contact Jim in Vegas to find out once and for al what time the Hatton fight starts
7.20 – Dom’s done an interview with Borat, which we’ll run on Tuesday. Dave does an on air audition proving why he doesn’t get voice over work, and it’s Birthday Corner time
7.25 – Aled is here showing off his new haircut and 5 head
7.30 - News and Sport
7.45 – Carrie on Footballers – Graham Murty, and we discuss the pros and cons of swimming with sharks
7.52 – Aled officially looks like Burt from Sesame Street, and we run through the line up for Jo’s tour week, and play the Kooks live from last year
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Made Up News, and then cos It’s windy, Rachel’s a bit worried about flying to Sweden today. We give her a shopping order of some rolltop herring and a Billy bookcase
8.20 – We run through Jo’s Live Lounge week, and then say how you can register for the chance to go and see Stereophonics in Kelly’s home town
8.25 – Aled’s hear, and Chris wants to paint his forehead black like David Guest

8.35 – The Golden Hour is on the way, and we do today’s advent calendar
