6.35 – We have an impromptu game of 'Hello I'm Listening' with Chris on the phone 'cos the cab was late. Chris walks in during the link, and then we discuss our appearance on Celebrity Scissorhands last night where we all were a bit drunk (possibly)
6.50 – Keith Allen is on the show today. We discuss Scissorhands, Chris doing Never Mind The Buzzcocks tonight with Jo Brand and the fact that Aled can cut hair now; there's a queue of 4 people assembled already
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Carrie was at a posh night out at the Royal Albert Hall with Tom’s parents, and had a posh cab, and Chris doesn't like Mark Durden Smith cos he's a lump, and he doesn't like Kerry Katona 'cos she's a horrible rough arse fat boobed chav
7.20 – Birthday Corner
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Chris has still got his bet with Paul Robinson about not getting his hair cut, and Aled is offering to give him a bit of a trim. Then it's Carrie on Footballers with Craig Gordon
7.50 – We discuss whether or not peppers are hot, and Keith Allen is here, and we talk Robin Hood and Russell Crowe who might be playing the Sherriff in an upcoming film
7.55 – Dom is on the Celebrity Kop Club page, and Chris quotes from it
8.15 – Keith Allen interview part one. We talk about how great Robin Hood looks in HD, and what he's been up to. Chris wants to be Keith's son in law, and Keith talks about his 19 month old daughter Teddy
8.25 – Dominic has been trying to get Keith to show his daughter Space Pirates
8.35 – Keith thinks the England situation is a joke, and can't say what he thinks of Steve McClaren, and we play a bit of Vindaloo and talk about John Barnes rap in World in Motion
8.45 – More from Keith Allen - we chat about Lilly's second album which she's recording at Keith's house and the film that Keith's done and his documentaries. He then asks about Scissorhands with Aled and other stuff, and we play some more of Vindaloo
