6.35 – Dom has been for heart tests, but hopefully won't die. Chris wants Kerry Katona removed from the news. We preview Aled's Scissorhands performance and find the pirate radio setting on the echo machine
6.50 – Vernon was at the American football, and so was Carrie.
7.00 – The Maroon 5 record is average, and we have more sightings of Vernon from the weekend

7.20 - There's a Page Three bird upstairs, so Aled is sent to see what she wants, while Chris and Dave do Birthday Corner. Aled is back with a DVD and a calendar, and her number for Chris

7.45 – We analyse the X Factor people and how weird they are. Celine Dion has got a long neck, Louis Walsh is a weasel, and we like Leon and think 'Same Difference' are a bit too close for a brother and sister combo
8.05 – We talk about and play the Kaiser Chiefs with David Arnold from the Electric Proms
8.20 – Aled on Scissorhands. It's very funny, and we've got clips

8.35 – We play the Leeds goals from Saturday, and they're up to 6th already
8.48 – Andi Peters on the phone live from the gym, as we try and set up a fight between him and Andy Crane
8.56 – We've got some RnB nursery rhymes to play
9.00 – Tedious Link – They Might Be Giants 'Birdhouse In Your Soul'
9.05 – We've got more RnB nursery rhymes, and we stir it with Aled and Rachel to see who will do the rest of the day read
9.22 – We refresh the fact that Dom went for tests to see if he's got a dodgy ticker, and then we have some 2 Word Tango in memory of Dick and Dom

9.50 – We imagine what it must have been like for Alesha from Mis-teeq if she had walked in on Javine and Harvey, "enter!"
10.00 – Welcome back Jo Whiley, but she's not keen on going to get a haircut from Aled, and she'll get her money off Chris on Wednesday
