6.50 – Laura from the Mills show is next door listening to old tapes of Scott, and we play the clips of Aled on News 24, and debate who's the most famous out of Dave and Aled and Gordon Brown and Gordon the Gopher etc. Chris was playing X Box with Ginger Tim, last night but not imaginary Martin who was busy

7.35 – We have fun with the clip of that Bonny woman from the news, and also a bit of Halle Berry stuff as well
7.50 - Electric Proms big up. The Mark Ronson and Ricky Wilson track. Chris describes how good it was, but he could smell toast weirdly
7.55 – Apparently smelling toast means you're going to die or something
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Gordon Ramsay is here but Chris thinks his jacket makes him look like a crap breakdancer. And we play the pollock clips from the show
8.15 – Gordon interview part 1. Chris is rude about the jacket again, and we talk about Chris on The F Word. We also chat about cooking curry, Chris' relationship with takeaways, the book, Gordon's wife, and how he nicked her off his mate when he parked his bike in her garage and went to retrieve his helmet (!)
8.25 – The Great North run, New York restaurant, small portions, not tipping, and more helmet gags
8.30 - News and Sport
8.45 – Clips from Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, and Gordon's wife is going to pickle Dave's balls. Not tickle them. Chat about Belage, Belle Isle etc, Trinitron Palace, takeaway food for Neighbours Madge and Harold, and generally lots of laughs with Gordon for half an hour
9.19 – Tedious Link – Len 'Steal My Sunshine'
9.25 – We thoroughly enjoyed Gordon Ramsay, but Chris isn't sure whether he'll turn up to the pub on Sunday

10.00 – Sara confirms that Chris isn't the father of her baby, although Chris thought he'd nobbed Sara round the back of Netto, but it was actually Edith
