7.20 - Aled is here early and, and he does a live link up with ‘Brian’ who’s listening in the car. Chris fancies Peter Crouch’s missus Abi Clancy, and we debate whether Peter Crouch is good looking or not. Plus we discuss the merits of Martin Keown as well

7.35 - Birthday Corner, starring our 4 year old friend Noah
7.50 - Trumpets. Mally’s injury, beards, dirty slings, Rachel’s bra panda ears, and their mating habits and then look Liam and Brian are here

8.05 - Liam and Brian are here, and Chris is freaking Brian out with his impression of him
8.18 - Big plug for Established 1967. The big radio one 40th party. We run through the line up as confirmed at the moment
