7.05 – We fill Chris in on Hell's Kitchen from last night, and run through the line up of celebrities who are appearing on the show
7.20 – We discuss Rob DJ's fancy dress party and his new extension, and decide whether we should do a vote like JK and Joel did, and let the audience decide whether we should play the live Hard-Fi tracks or the recorded ones
7.28 - More stuff on the Hard-Fi vote, and we talk beards and shampoo
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 - Birthday Corner and more about baldness, and we display or impressive cockerney accents as we appeal in a Hard-Fi style for people to text 'live' or 'recorded', as to which tracks we play
7.50 - The texts have flooded in (kind of), and 'live' is the winner. We talk about Rachel nicking plectrums off the Foo Fighters and then play Suburban Knights
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We play clips of Chris on the X Factor and then the team doing Karaoke, ending with Rachel and Dave getting booed
8.20 - Chris has a sneak preview of what the X Factor will be like on Saturday
8.28 - Dom has received a text from Mr. Tumble off the telly
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 - Dom tells us about his new role as a barnacle, and Chris has another vision of what the X Factor will be like on Saturday
8.50 - Quiz Questions
9.00 - TEDIOUS LINK – 4 NON BLONDES 'WHAT'S UP?'
9.05 - Quiz Answers and we debate the Big Brother Lesley answer, which we think was wrong
9.20 - Brian and Liam are on the show tomorrow, and Chris finds Brian hiding in studio 4
9.28 - Chris invites people to guess which sport story he will tickle Carrie during, and we debate whether Jo Whiley will be on time, or whether we’ll be stuck on a train in Milton Keynes
9.35 – Chris advises everybody to go and see Jocelin Brown at the Jazz Café in Camden tonight, if they're not doing anything else, and Edith and has got Simon Pegg and David Schwimmer on the show today
9.50 - Chris plays a game of guess the parody intro
10.00 - Jo is here to talk Mercury Music Prize with Jools Holland
