7.20 - Chris doesn't like the BBC weather map and we discuss the local news channels. We then play Dave's Will Mellor Parody
7.28 - We talk regional opt outs, Andi Peters and people who get two different ITV regions in one house
7.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
7.35 - Andi Peters explains the Northern Ireland opt out of Neighbours! We talk the broom cupboard days with Ed the Duck. And finally Andi has a guess who for us - it was Pierce Brosnan
7.55 - Chris launches the Glastonbury competition and explains the amazing game called, cleverly, 'What the Folk is That?' involving the world famous Folkface
8.00- News and Sport
8.20 - We play, 'What the Folk is That?' with Tom and Gemma. Tom from Guildford wins the tickets
8.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
8.35 - More Folkface requests and they do a medley of hits
8.52 - We discuss Calvin Harris, Dave's isotonic sports lager and Jo Whiley pinching bums
8.57 - We discuss Steve Lamacq and his 'Burn Koko' link from Monday night which is very funny
9.00– TEDIOUS LINK - FINE YOUNG CANNIBALS - GOOD THING 
9.05 - Half Time and we ask whether you enjoy the avant garde and surreal feature
9.20 - We rate James Nesbitt and they talk about boring books, museums and stuff. Plus we talk about Aled and the Fellowship of the ring
9.25 - Dom gets a present! It’s a dymo machine for his grandad
9.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
9.35 - Ozzy Osbourne gig was apparently last night and Chris missed it because Rach may have got the dates mixed up. Chris talk about his love for CB radio
9.45 - Car park catchphrase with Cary and Katie. Katie wins!
