7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 - Rachel's still sick and Chris Cox pulled his back whilst moving house on the weekend, so we're short staffed today. Chris then explains his 'Talent Moate' idea to Aled which is a take off of 'Britain's Got Talent'
7.20 - Chris' sky broke on Friday so he didn't see any telly and missed the Friday Night Project. Chris and the team then try to figure out why Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden were selected to be judges on 'Britain's Got Talent'
7.25 - Chris describes his afternoon in the pub with Justin Lee-Collins. One pint turned into several and Chris' brother, Kieron joined them. It was Kieron's birthday and by the time they went for dinner they were too tired, so it was an early night
7.30 - News, Sport and One Road Travel
7.35 - Chris has found the 'Friday Night Project' music which is rubbish! But he found some Weird Al Yankovich stuff instead. Yay!
7.50 - We're pleased that Paris Hilton is in jail and we talk about the Isle of Wight Festival. We decide that we'll go next year, but it all depends if it clashes with Euro 2008, plus who would organise the trip for us?!
7.58 - Chris reads out the line up of this year's Isle of Wight and we discover that Aled hasn't had a shower
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 - We discuss hayfever at great length
8.20 - We play 'True of Fault' with Callum & Lyndsay for VIP tickets to see the Men's Tennis Final at Queen's on Sunday. Dave 'The Umpire' makes scoring mistakes but eventually Lyndsay wins!
8.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
8.45 - Chris is thinking about going on a detox after seeing himself on the telly. Then Aled announces that being gay is fashionable, which somehow leads onto Chris & Dave explaining the secret of measuring women's bra sizes
9.00 – TEDIOUS LINK - U2- MYSTERIOUS WAYS
9.05 - Tedious problems and half time. we then discuss U2's extensive discography and then quiz Dom on his U2 knowledge
9.25 - Aled shares with the nation that he thinks Jo Whiley looks like Tracey from Big Brother. Al will be in trouble when Jo hears!
9.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
9.35 - Chris finds a picture of Jo Whiley and Tracey morphed together on 'You Tube'.
9.45 - We feel that the temperature in the studio is unacceptable. Chris gets a thermometer to measure how hot it is! Then Dom talks to Newsbeats Kevin Geoghegan about his slurry bulletin from the Isle of Wight festival
9.50 - Car Park Catchphrase with Andy and Robin - Andy Wins!
