7.35 - Aled has ordered pizza and Carrie does the first instalment of 'Carrie on Cricketers'
7.50 - Chris' mouth is red hot from eating chilli pizza. Then we talk more 'Friday Night Project' and why Dave and Dom couldn't make it, Aled dressed up in the coat of cash
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 - We give out the question for the Download Festival VIP tickets and plug the R1 coverage
8.20 - Gemma from Reading wins the Download tickets. Rock On!
8.28 - Aled has a surprise for is after the news
8.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
8.35 - WE GET HEELEYS!!! YAY! We try and get them to work
8.50 - More fun on wheels as we try and master the Heeley's

9.05 - Ramble and Aled has another surprise fro us. He's got Viennetta- Yay!
9.25 - Chris is eating his Vienneta and has received a text from Davina who's just found out that Chris has dressed up as her on the telly. Maybe she'll text us and tell us who's going in the house
9.30- News, Sport and One Road Travel
9.35 - Nothing yet from Davina, but we reveal that two gay men are going into the Big Brother house tonight
9.45 - Jo's producer Sam is wearing a neck brace
9.50 - Car Park Catchphrase with Andy and Hannah - Andy Wins!
9.58 - Maybe producer Sam has a love bite?
