Danny from McFly fell asleep backstage, at the top of some stairs. People had to step over his sleeping body to get past! After they'd been interviewed by JK and Joel on the Chart Show they tried to sneak out of the building, but got spotted by the crowds of fans waiting outside.

We literally bumped into Charlotte Church (sorry Charlotte!), she was looking for her handbag. Scott Mills had gone to interview her at lunchtime and found her eating shepherds pie in Shepherds Bush. He tried to help her pick out her jewellery for the show, but didn't do too well - he thought her bracelets were earrings.

The Pussycat Dolls looked amazing, their entourage were carrying huge make-up bags with them to make sure the girls always looked their best.

We saw Vernon Kay outside the Shepherds Bush Empire, dressed as Santa Claus. But no one could tell us why. Maybe he's joined Edith's campaign to start Christmas early?
