Tickets/Returns

Ticket returns

To return your tickets, send an email with the subject header RETURN TICKETS to [email protected] including:

  • ~ your name
  • ~ your unique reference number

You will find your unique reference number on your "Congratulations!" email.

You will still receive your tickets in the post, but the barcode will be cancelled and the tickets will not be valid. Please can you throw them away.

Thank you for returning your tickets - when we receive your email we will cancel them and reallocate tickets to someone else less fortunate.
