Kazz Kumar is a 24 year-old fiery singer/songwriter of Sri Lankan descent. Born in Chatham, Kent, Kazz was raised in South London. Kazz cites artists like Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Aaliyah as influences, as well as Gwen Stefani and Linkin Park. She was coached by Kim Chandler (backing vocalist for Michael Jackson, P-Diddy etc) and has a BSc Degree in Multimedia Technology and Design.
You might know Kazz better as the lead female vocalist from Hip Hop and R&B crew, Sona Family, with whom she recorded the tracks Crazy 4 Ya and Broken Dreams for the 2006 album, Make Some Noise. She's embarking on a solo career now but is still part of the Sona Family.
