The Twang
New Birmingham five piece The Twang entered rock's radar in late 2006 with their incredible debut 'Wide Awake'. Tipped for big things in 2007, they have already supported the Kaiser Chiefs in Doncaster and won the Philip Hall Radar gong at this year's NME Awards.

wasn't at preston but watched the twang on bbc three, purely amazing, one of the only bands that can make their songs sound better live than they do on disk!!!!!!!!!!!going to see them in birmingham next week, can't wait!!!!!!

Just watched the set using the red button. It was awesome. I love the dirty brummy accents these guys have!Seriously good band. I love them. Although i wish the set was longer.
