2024 has been an amazing year for singer Teddy Swims. His debut album has been in the UK album chart for exactly a year and has produced a string of hit songs. He will be talking about the success of the album and the new edition which is out early next year.
We also hear from singer Gracie Abrams, who has shot to fame in the last few months with her massive chart-topping song That's So True. Her latest album has also been revamped with brand new songs.
There will also be a new track from the band Franz Ferdinand, who are back after a break of seven years, and the latest from singer songwriter David Gray. Plus, the final singles and album charts for 2024.
