Spice Diana

Ugandan star Spice Diana shares her hopes for her country after its elections, and DJ Edu plays a mix of new tunes from across Africa.

Spice Diana from Uganda has a string of hits and has been nominated for this year’s MAMAs, the MTV Africa Music Awards. As she tells DJ Edu, she got into music thanks to the amazing Ghetto Kids, a dance group that became an internet sensation composed of children from Kampala’s Katwe slum. She also tells Edu about her run-in with the Ugandan police, and her hopes for Uganda after the elections.

DJ Edu brings his regular mix of bangers from the motherland including new tunes from Rwanda and South Africa.
