Boddhi Satva

Boddhi Satva is an influential and internationally acclaimed DJ and producer. He has done residencies at some of the most famous clubs in Europe, America and Asia, and he’s collaborated with Afrobeats superstars Davido and Arafat as well as many others. It’s an impressive career, and all the more so for someone who grew up in a provincial town in one of the poorest coutries in the world – the Central African Republic.

He talks to DJ Edu about the musical influences that led him to create his own brand of electronic dance music which he calls ancestral soul, and also about his recent experience of being very sick with coronavirus.
