Who is the winner of the BBC's annual music poll Sound Of? Plus, the latest albums fromLondon Grammar, The Foo Fighters and Celeste.

Who is the winner of the BBC's annual music poll Sound Of? Since 2003 the annual list has predicted some of the music world's biggest stars.

We will also be previewing some of the first big albums to be released for the new year including London Grammar, The Foo Fighters and last years Sound Of winner Celeste.

There are also new hit songs from Kid Laroi, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber and Meduza.

Plus, the top five best selling songs in the UK singles chart.
