BBC Serbian Returns but is There Demand?
It's been seven years since the BBC's Serbian language section closed, and now it's back, but is there demand?
This past week has seen the BBC launch its 12th new language service - the last one in its recent expansion plans. BBC News Serbian is digital only, so there are no radio broadcasts, but it does see a return to the country for the World Service after a seven year break. But why do we need a BBC Serbian service at this time?
