Uzbek stew
A video about a traditional dish served at a restaurant in northern Afghanistan turned into a surprising hit for BBC Uzbek. The dish is qovurdoq, fried lamb with onion, and the restaurant is in Sheberghan, home to many Afghan Uzbeks - including the BBC's Firuz Rahimi.
