Europe is marking four years since Russia's invasion of Ukraine

President Zelensky has praised the endurance of the Ukrainian people on the fourth anniversary of Russia's invasion. We hear from Ukrainians who have lost loved ones.

We also hear from Russians on how they have been impacted as analysis by BBC Russian shows that more than 200, 000 Russian soldiers have died in the war.

A new BBC documentary has met with Russian soldiers, who tell of extraordinary brutality unfolding on the Russian frontlines. We speak to Ben Steele who directed ‘The Zero Line: Inside Russia’s War’.

And we join the BBC's News channel for a special programme from Kyiv, with reporters on the ground and around the world.
